Insurance-Based Care

Our board-certified obesity medicine providers accept most major insurance plans and will begin seeing patients soon. Care includes GLP-1 medication management, lifestyle counseling, and close clinical monitoring.

Dr. Rajvanshi’s Metabolic Reset Program

A high-touch, personalized 6-month program designed and led by Dr. Pankaj Rajvanshi for patients seeking intensive, technology-enabled obesity care.

Program Details
Cost: $3,000 for 6 months
Your Initial Visit will be $350, this amout will be deducted from the total cost when you start the 6-month program.

Eligibility:

  • You must have a primary care physician
  • You must not have Insulin requiring diabetes
  • Your current weight and body composition must place you at increased health risk from excess weight

We encourage you to create a secure account with us to be able to communicate in secure and private setting instead of email.

What’s Included In The Program

Initiation and management of GLP-1+ medications (e.g., Wegovy or Zepbound)


Internet-connected body composition provided to you as part of the program 


Personalized mobile app and dashboard to sync activity, nutrition, and sleep data from your wearables

Continuous monitoring through connected devices and asynchronous messaging


Customized visit schedule based on your needs

On going health coaching focused on lifestyle, nutrition, and habit change


CGM-guided nutrition reset introduced at the appropriate time

Guidance on muscle preservation and strength during weight loss


Referrals to specialists as needed

Prescriptions, labs, and tests ordered as clinically necessary (may be covered by your insurance)


Note: This is a cash-pay program. Dr. Rajvanshi will not bill your insurance for clinical services. However, any lab work, prescriptions, or external consultations may be billed through your insurance plan. You will be responsible for your co-pays
